Experince the joy of plucking from your own garden. We have a pot of mint in our yard, and everyday me and Sufiana(my sister who’s 1 & a half years) have been touching them. The air fills with it’s fragrance And after Sufi touches them, the brings them to her nose—she knows the fragrance—-she loves it.
So here’s another recipe—using the mint/pudina from our garden.Summer is arriving in most places of india, and this cooling and refreshing watermelon juice with mint is the exact thing that can energize you up in seconds—-it’s the happiness of plucking the organic mint from our own garden!
While I was working on this post, I was joyfully sipping this watermelon juice. Boy, did I feel so cheerful after drinking this. It made me feel like, the whole heat out of my head had come out! It was as if—a dry parched land had got it’s first rain shower!
We didn’t take the seeds out, while juicing the watermelon. But you can if you want to. Also, we didn’t add sugar to it, and didn’t strain it. The natural sweetness of the watermelon is perfect.
These little juices and snacks during your day can really cheer you up. Every now and then, your body is getting a burst of healthiness with these juices!
